Drunk Woman drives to bail husband at the Police Station!
Catherine Clark drove to her husbands aid at the Police Station whilst 4 times over the limit!!
The 56 year old woman was breathalysed after arriving at the Station very obviously the worse for drink and gave a reading of 143mg. The leagal limit is 35mg.
Her husband had been taken to the police station after being pulled over whilst driving at 2am. He was unable to produce his documents after failing to produce a sample for an alleged drink driving offence. Upon arrival at the Station he had called his wife and thought that soon all would be sorted out. Liittle did anyone know that the wife would arrive in a very drunk condition.
One of the Police Officers commented, "She was so obviously very drunk. God knows what possessed her to drive to a police station in that state. She must be the stupidest driver of the year."
Mrs Clark has volunteered to seek councilling for her drink problem. She was disqualified from driving for 4 years with a prison sentence suspended for 6 months.
