Footballer is jailed after crash kills 2 boys
Luke McCormick, 25, who was a former goal keeper for Plymouth Argyll has been sentenced to 7 years and 4 months in prison for causing the deaths of Arron and Luke Peak aged 10 and 8 years, whilst driving on the M6 under the influence of alcohol.
The boys died in the crash on the M6 in Staffordshire on 7 th June 08.

The court was told that McCormick had driven "like an idiot". The boys' parents said they would be scarred forever.
Mr McCormick, returning home fro a wedding, had also ignored his friend who had pleaded with him to pull into the services for a break.
Philip and Amanda Peak, said in a victim impact statement that their lives had been shattered by the accident.
McCormick would be able to apply for parole in three-and-a-half years' time which has deeply upset Mr and Mrs Peak.
In a statement Amanda Peak said, "Phil will carry the scars of the incident for life. We will both carry the emotional scars forever."
